The retreat includes
- Two nights in luxury room (twin bed for shared room or individual)
- 1 detox drink per day
- 2 Breakfasts
- 2 Vegetarian dinners (vegan also possible)
- ​access to hotel facilities : pool, gym, restaurants, bars
- 10% discount on Spa treatments
- 4 yoga classes 
- 1 meditation class
- 1 optional arm balance/inversion class
- optional personal coaching
- some surprise goodies

Does not include the Stand Up Paddle optional class

Terms and Conditions

  1. Cancellations are to be advised in writing. 50% refund given for cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the retreat. No refunds will be given if a cancellation is made within 21 days of the retreat, but a transfer of space to another retreat is possible.

  2. We cannot give any allowance or refund for meals, activities.

  3. In the event of a no show at the retreat (or part of the retreat), we reserve the right to retain the full amount paid.

  4. We reserve the right to postpone the retreat in the event a pre-requisite number of guests is not met or any other occurrences render the retreat impossible to run (e.g. COVID-related restrictions imposed by the government).

  5. If a refund amount is to be processed, it will be refunded less any applicable credit card or bank transfer fees charged by third party payment processors.

Jérôme Lahore

Jérôme is a French yoga instructor based in Singapore.

After many years of corporate life in Paris, he decided to pursue his yoga path and founded Inhale Yoga.

Certified in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, his flows might be challenging but remain accessible for all levels.

Arm balance and inversion addict he particularly likes to push your limits and help you feel confortable upside down.

Guest meditation teacher

Toby is a mindfulness teacher and trainer, and the author of the book ‘Engaged Mindfulness – What mindfulness is and how we can apply it to our daily lives’. His passion is empowering people and organizations to greater levels of capability, effectiveness, creativity and wellbeing through the applied practice of mindfulness and meditation.

Yoga : asana practice

  • Dynamic Vinyasa practice where you will move and flow in awareness with your breathing.

  • Relaxing Yin Sunset practice where you will deep stretch by relaxing your muscles and tensions and by letting the gravity open up your body.

  • Optional arm balance / inversion practice.

Meditation

90 min meditation workshop with Toby Ouvry. You will try different meditation styles so that you will leave the retreat by being able to start your own practice.
